Litty Karimi Kathurima
LITTY KARIMI KATHURIMA is an accomplished Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public, and a Certified Professional Mediator. She holds an LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is professionally trained in mediation by the Mediation Training Institute (MTI).
She is currently undertaking a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at the University of East London, further strengthening her expertise and global legal perspective.
As the Founder and Managing Partner of Kathurima Law Advocates, Litty provides strategic legal leadership and is dedicated to delivering practical, ethical, and results-driven legal services tailored to the needs of her clients.
She leads a multi-disciplinary legal practice offering services in civil and commercial litigation, employment and labour law, family and succession matters, conveyancing and real estate transactions, corporate and commercial advisory, and alternative dispute resolution.
She is a litigation enthusiast and passionate legal drafter, detail-oriented, and affable with an amiable organizational approach to professional matters.

Dennis Murithi Kathurima
DENNIS MURITHI KATHURIMA is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Hons) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
He is a Partner at Kathurima Law Advocates and heads the Conveyancing and Real Estate Department, where he leads the firm’s property transactions practice, including conveyancing, land due diligence, leases, transfers, and real estate advisory. He brings a meticulous, compliance-driven approach to property transactions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and protection of client interests.
He oversees the firm’s real estate practice, providing strategic guidance on residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, while ensuring full compliance with land laws and regulatory requirements. With a keen eye for detail and a client-focused approach, he is committed to safeguarding clients’ interests through efficient, transparent, and legally sound property transactions.
